Bezelbu, the ruthless leader of Os Anjos Caidos, uses fear and control to choose local women for his gang, subjecting them to harsh "try-outs" in front of their helpless loved ones.

At a birthday party for her boyfriend, Amalia and her sister Clarissa are caught up in a gang raid, where the girls are forced to face the harsh realities of life in the favela.

While many women are terrified, Amalia sees an opportunity to improve her life, impressing Bezelbu and his men with her compliance, hoping it will lead to a better future.

Bezelbu’s influence grows beyond the Cidade do Diabo favela as he begins abducting women from middle-class neighborhoods and even targeting rich tourists, expanding his reach.

As Bezelbu's gang exerts more control, fear spreads throughout the city, with women from all social classes now at risk of being pulled into the violent world of the Cidade do Diabo.
