Liat Becker, a determined blonde fighter for justice, had one goal: to bring down the corrupt male mobsters who run the city under the depraved Mayor Ricci. But Liat made a grave mistake when she publicly called out the mayor, triggering his fury. Mayor Ricci, intent on teaching Liat a lesson, hires Pirro Morin, a notorious figure known for taming rebellious women. Pirro gains control over Liat using secret techniques and locks a control collar around her neck, turning her into his puppet. Despite her situation, Liat’s fighting spirit remains, but Pirro has only begun his game of manipulation.

Liat is struggling to come to terms with her new, humiliating reality. Desperate for a sense of normalcy, she turns to her mother, Dana Becker, the founder of the Street Angels organization, for support. They meet for lunch, but Liat can’t bring herself to tell her mother about the degrading situation she’s in. Buoyed by her conversation, Liat briefly feels empowered to continue her fight against crime, until Pirro cruelly activates the control collar at the worst possible moment, humiliating Liat in public. Pirro’s manipulation doesn’t stop there—he commands Liat to meet him at a Chinese restaurant, where he plans to take down the Street Angels once and for all. Liat is faced with an impossible choice: betray her mother and the Street Angels, or submit further to Pirro’s brutal control.
