Tina, Wendy, and Sandra are three girls going on an adventure in a remote backwoods area. But things get off to an awful start when Tina trips on a rockfall and sprains her ankle real bad. The cell signal is bad out here, but emergency responders manage to pinpoint their location and send an ambulance for help.

Tina is quickly taken in the back of the ambulance, but she’s not going to the hospital. She’s off to a secret rendezvous with her captors who are hell bent on doing all kinds of perverted and sadistic things to her… at the county morgue! What will happen to poor Tina when she’s caught by two cruel paramedics?
